Downtown Ministries Inc. (DTM) is a Christ centered organization that desires to love our neighbor and serve our city. DTM empowers individuals and families who have experienced difficult circumstances, abuse, and poverty. Everyone has God-given potential with unique gifts and talents that need to be developed.

Our transition houses are where lives can be changed through community support. The mission for each is to provide housing for individuals and/or families transitioning out of environments of domestic physical and sexual abuse. It provides an opportunity for relational renewal and restoration.

Faith & Finances offers twelve 90-minute sessions focused on financial literacy for low-income or financially vulnerable adults. These sessions cater to individuals struggling with money management, using group discussions to impart vital skills. The program starts by exploring money in the context of relationships and values, then guides participants in setting goals and crafting spending plans.

The Jobs for Life national program that Downtown Ministries has implemented provides an opportunity for students to discover their gifts and talents so that they can look at their future and see how a meaningful vocation can add value to their lives. Become employable for the rest of your life. The Jobs for Life class helps men and women develop character, become connected to a community of support, and help them obtain far more than a just a job.

Ready Now Recovery is a Christ-centered, small group ministry supporting teens and adults with addiction, focusing on those who may not be ready to engage in recovery. Guided by Luke 14:23, it partners with Adult & Teen Challenge to reach those in need. Emphasizing transformation, accountability, community, and outreach, the program offers accessible recovery resources grounded in faith.
